Fitness is one of the critical aspects of our lives that often gets ignored or put on the back burner, especially as the pressures of our everyday lives demand our time and attention. After counseling hundreds of clients through the years, Robbie came to the realization that an increased emphasis on fitness could provide a greater improvement for the total person in many cases. Fitness and an awareness of what exercise can do for you is what inspired Robbie to become a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Emphasis is on things that can be done without a gym: weight bearing movements utilizing such things as fitness balls and bands, Body leverage/Body weight Training, Core conditioning and Functional Training. Fitness training is available for adults and children. Let Robbie help get you started on a lifelong journey of a fit life, both physically and emotionally.
Robbie offers fitness training to both individuals and small groups (up to three people) creating a more intimate environment than that of local gyms. This is especially appealing to clients that are uncomfortable with the thought of exercising at a large workout facility.
